A misty murky day in the hills so I had a steady spin around the Pendam Trail. Nice and easy to start with and then picked up the speed towards the end.

I will record this as a course and use the Virtual Training Partner to try to beat my time next time around. Not a bad time for the Pendam Trail (41 mins 3 seconds) so I will have my work cut out to keep up with my Virtual Training Partner next time around!

Met Dave, Sarah and their visitors in the car park afterwards and had a couple of goes down the Hippity Hops with them. Dave had ripped the tyre off my bike that he was borrowing so had to be rescued as he couldn't get it re-inflated. I managed to get the tyre re-seated for him so that he could have one more go on the Hippity Hops.

Not a bad time for the Pendam Trail (41 mins 3 seconds) so I will have my work cut out to keep up with my Virtual Training Partner next time around!
